. What I observed in the Taoist Tai Chi school in Montclair New Jersey

. I noticed there are both male and female instructors I took it under master Gin

. It was harder then I thought and different then Yoga

. No apparent attire of clothing just sweatpants and a tank top shirt

. They run one big class instead of other martial arts that can sometimes separate into smaller classes for different levels

. You will sweat more than you ever thought for moving so slow

. Not as loud as other martial besides the instructors talking there wasn’t much noise

. Classes aren’t too expensive and just long enough to insert into your schedule even if  you’re busy I paid $20 for an hour trial class but you have to find the right day because . they usually aren’t offered every day like other martial arts
